One month older and wiser too! Alia is now 4 months and sooooo much fun...as always. She now sleeps about 11 to 12 hours a night, and takes two naps during the day. One of those naps is normally about 3 to 4 hours. She is a sleeper! She now loves to rock on mommy's lap while mommy reads books to her. Right now her favorite book is a feel and touch baby animal book. She gets to feel all the different textures of baby animal fur and skin. Alia loves to grab everything. In fact, last night at a family party, Alia was sitting on Bompa's lap and grabbed his popsicle and stuck it right into her mouth. So, we can add pina colada popsicle to the list of foods that Alia has tasted. She has also tasted cantaloupe (sucked on some when mommy was eating some), and snickerdoodle cookie (thanks Bompa). The doctor says that Alia can start having rice cereal, but she doesn't quite seems ready. I'm sure it will be soon though. We are watching the signs that they say to look for in the books and we are excited to see Alia start eating real food!

She had her shots on Friday and got through them like a strong girl. She only cried for a few minutes then was happy for the rest of the night. Thank you Tylonol!
