Prego is not just spagetti sauce

I'm pregnant and it shows. In fact, I have been showing for a while, but apparently my students at school just thought that I was fat because they are just now starting to ask me if I'm pregnant. Silly kids.

This is me at 31 weeks.

And here I am at 27 weeks.

It's kind of funny that I look bigger in this second picture. I think it's the sweater.

I put in my letter of resignation at work, which was very bitter sweet. My last day of school is March 11. That's in only 5 weeks! I've had a lot of fun teaching my own students in my own classroom. At first, I had a hard time adjusting to the elementary age students when I was so used to teaching high school students. But after the students and I got used to each other, we have really had a lot of fun. I hope I have at least inspired a few of my students to make music a part of their lives.

Here's the nursery!

The crib, dresser, and changing table all came in this box.

We had this genius idea to put the stuff together in the living room because there was much more room.

But here is the problem we ran into...

Crib width > door width

So we had to take it apart and put it back together inside the bedroom.

I really hope this is not a predictor of what kind of parents we're going to be.
